Marilyn Betty Mathew, DDS

At Charleston Implant Clinic you work with Dr. Mathew from your first consultation to your final teeth. She oversees every phase of your treatment, and everything is handled in one office.

Dr. Mathew earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Saveetha Dental College and Hospital in Chennai, India, then graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, and the Coastal District.

Outside the office she volunteers dental care for veterans and underserved patients in the community.

How much do permanent teeth cost?

Zirconia permanent teeth are $17,995 per arch or $34,995 for both arches, all inclusive. PMMA is $14,995 per arch or $29,990 for both. A 4 implant retained overdenture is $9,995 per arch, and a single implant with a crown is $3,485. Fees can vary with your specific needs, which is what the consultation confirms.

Can I finance it?

Yes. Financing is available with zero down payment, including 48-month options. We go over it with you at your consultation.

Can I really get new teeth in one day?

Often, yes. With full arch treatment, four to six implants are placed and your new teeth are secured to them, and many patients walk out the same day with teeth. Dr. Mathew will tell you whether that is realistic for your case.

Does it hurt?

The procedure is done under local anesthesia, and sedation options are available. Discomfort afterward is usually minor and temporary.

I wear dentures now. Is this for me?
